How Danorie works
Every idea gets a deadline before it gets a codebase.
Every number on this site is verified in code, not in a deck.
Miss the gate and the product goes to the black hole — postmortem included.
Sixteen products in, the loop is the product.

The Danorie Fleet
Every product we run or are preparing for launch. Real numbers, verified in code.

Is today worth playing? One number, any US course.
A 6am forecast says 58°F and 18mph wind. It does not say whether to play. Golf Weather Score turns that into one number from 10 to 100 for 13,092 US courses, then shows what the weather costs you: carry lost to cold, clubs added for wind, and which of the next seven days is the one to book.
Answer three questions. Get a $4 trip plan in ten minutes.
gliddy turns three questions into a day-by-day itinerary. Pick a city, your dates, and who you're traveling with. Claude Opus picks a hotel and explains why, works out the airport-to-hotel leg, then fills each day with timed stops and walking routes. It lands in your inbox as a web link and a PDF, usually inside ten minutes. One plan, $4, no account.
Know what buyers asked ChatGPT before they bought.
Shoppers ask ChatGPT for a recommendation, then buy from your store. The question they asked never reaches you. It isn't in the referrer and it isn't in the order. AskTrail asks the buyer on the Thank-you page instead, stores the answer next to the order, and tags the order AI-influenced. The survey and the tagging are free.
Find the filter part number that actually fits your model.
ReplacerGuide answers one question: which replacement filter fits this exact model? Pick a category, a brand, then your model number, and you get the compatible part number, the OEM-versus-aftermarket price band, and a replacement interval. It covers 856 device models across 39 brands and 16 categories, from refrigerator water filters to CPAP and robot vacuum parts.
One post a day. Written by hand, published by a script.
SteamyLogic runs two social accounts — @SteamyLogic on X and a Threads account — off one Python queue. Posts are written by hand into .txt files, checked against per-platform rules, and stored in SQLite. A local process publishes one post a day to X and two to Threads, each at a date-seeded random minute. 270 posts have gone out so far.
One office chore killed with Python. Every week.
A weekly Instagram Reels series. Each episode removes one repetitive office job with a small Python script — 300 camera photos renamed by shot time, a 312-file Downloads folder sorted into six folders, 40 PDF invoices pulled into one spreadsheet. The script is free on a public Gist. Every frame of the video is drawn by code, so nobody's screen is ever recorded.
Instant clubhead speed estimates from your iron distances.
A single-page golf tool: enter how far you hit your irons, get your estimated clubhead speed instantly. No login, no download, nothing to configure.

Hide, rename and reorder checkout methods by rule.
A Shopify app for the merchant who wants Cash on Delivery gone above $100, or "Bank Deposit" renamed to something buyers actually recognize. Write rules from 15 condition types — country, cart weight, PO Box address, customer tags. They run inside Shopify Functions, so checkout never waits on our servers. The Rule Tester simulates a cart before a real customer hits it.
Freight and duty, folded into Shopify's cost per item.
Costfold spreads freight, duty and customs fees across the SKUs on a receiving, then writes the result back to Shopify's cost per item. Importers usually park those invoices in a spreadsheet and never reconcile them. Costfold imports the receiving from Stocky, CSV or manual entry, allocates by value, quantity or weight, and keeps every previous cost so a write-back can be undone.
Close the tab, the cookies go with it.
CookieMop deletes a site's cookies about 15 seconds after you close its last tab. Whitelist your email and your bank, and those stay logged in. Everything else gets cleaned without you doing anything. It runs entirely inside the browser — no servers, no analytics, no accounts. Built for people whose Cookie AutoDelete stopped working when Chrome dropped Manifest V2.
The Xero menu shortcuts that never shipped.
A Chrome extension that puts the shortcuts Xero users keep asking for into Xero's own menus. Invoice and bill status filters, a Statements entry, a favourites bar, per-account reconcile links. Every feature comes from a request on Xero's public product ideas forum. One permission, no data collection, and the free half is open source.
Assess, prescribe, track — the coaching OS for PT studios.
SEMO is a Korean B2B web app for small personal-training studios. Coaches run a six-domain movement assessment on a tablet — FMS, YBT, sit-to-stand, grip, four-square step, cardio — and get a printable green/yellow/red report. A rule engine each studio edits then drafts the exercise program from those grades. The coach approves every step; nothing is auto-confirmed.
Chat stays in the messenger. Booking and payment don't.
Korean tour guides take bookings in KakaoTalk and Instagram DMs, then ask for a bank transfer that overseas travelers can't easily make. Guidely sends one link instead of an account number. The traveler picks a date and pays by card; the confirmation mail, the 24-hour reminder and the ledger entry follow on their own. It is a clickable mockup — no money moves yet.
iOS · Android — Next up: mobile. The first iOS / Android release ships in late 2026.

Products we built, shipped, and shut down — on purpose. Every one taught us something a win couldn't. The black hole keeps them.
Weekly Shopify client reports under your agency's name.
An agency managing 15 Shopify clients logs into 15 admins every Monday. MerchantPilot connected all of them to one dashboard and mailed each client a report carrying the agency's logo and name, not ours. $49 a month flat, every store included. It shipped, it took live payments, and it sold nothing. Shut down 2026-07-29 after 40 outreach emails.
YouTube to LinkedIn carousel in 30 seconds.
A Chrome extension that turned any YouTube video into a publish-ready LinkedIn carousel — ten images plus copy and hashtags — in about 30 seconds. A side panel picked the frames, a Cloudflare Worker did the assembly. It pivoted from a free screenshot tool toward a paid SaaS and stalled mid-pivot in April 2026.
Ask why a YouTube video blew up, without leaving the video.
A Chrome extension for YouTube creators. On any watch page it adds an "Analyze with Danwoo" button, then sends the video title to an AI model and returns a shorts script plus three alternate titles you can copy in one click. Three runs free, no server, eight files total. Archived at v1.1.0.

From the Founder
Danorie is built around my son's name, Danwoo — and a promise: to build things that make the next generation's world better. Every product in this universe started as a small experiment with a deadline attached. The ones that missed it are in the black hole, and the postmortems are public.
